After an in depth review of each client’s credit profile, Premier Access Consulting creates a list of lenders based on their “credit DNA” and geographic location. This analysis allows us to create a funding strategy, a minimum guarantee and range of funding for each client. Our approach ensures that each client receives maximum funding at the best possible terms. At the conclusion of funding, we educate our clients on building and maintaining vibrant relationships with each bank, since it is those very relationships which are key to future funding needs.

What is the cost of your program?The program is designed as a “no out of pocket expense” for the client. We bill after funding so that clients can pay out of the funding we obtained for them.

What are the interest rates?The interest rates vary depending on credit scores and each bank’s underwriting guidelines. For our ULOC Program: Most clients see an introductory rate of 0% - 2.9% for 6 – 21 months, and then average blended rates between 11% – 14% with no set term for pay off. For our TERM Program: Most clients average 10%-15% for an average term of 5-7 years.

ULOC - Unsecured Lines of CC Funding

✓ 680+ FICO: This is case by case, but if your clients score is less than 680 you can send them in for a review.

✓ Low Amount of Inquiries in the Last 6-12 Months. No more than 2-3 per bureau. Zero in the last 6 months is ideal.

✓ No Open Collections | Unpaid Judgments | Unpaid Liens: We may be able to help with removal of paid collections, judgements and liens.

✓ No Bankruptcies within the last 5 years. ✓ No more than 50% utilization of revolving credit accounts.

Any account over 50% must be paid down.

TERM - Unsecured Installment Loans ✓ 680+ FICO: This is case by case, but if your clients score

is less than 680 you can send them in for a review.✓ Low Amount of Inquiries in the Last 6-12 Months. No more

than 2-3 per bureau. Zero in the last 6 months is ideal.✓ No Open Collections | Unpaid Judgments | Unpaid
