THE SHATTUCK FACING UNITS INCREASED BY 2’ – 9” ANDTHE EAST FACING UNITS INCREASED BY 5’ – 3”. AS A RESULT, THEUNIT INTERIORS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED. THE SIZE OF BATHROOMHAS BEEN INCREASED, KITCHENS RELOCATED AND BUILT INFURNITURE REMOVED FOR BETTER FLEXIBILITY. BAY WINDOWSHAVE BEEN ADDED TO EAST FACING UNITS. THE MATERIAL PALETTEOF THE EAST FAÇADE HAS ALSO BEEN REFINED AND SIMPLIFIED.THE LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS BEEN UPDATED TO ADDRESS DRCCOMMENTS AND THE CHANGE IN BUILDING LENGTH. A PAINTEDMETAL FENCE HAS ALSO BEEN ADDED AROUND THE FRONT YARD.

    THE HEIGHT OF EACH UNIT'S WINDOW HAS BEEN INCREASEDBY 12" TO PROVIDED ADDITIONAL NATURAL LIGHT INTO ALL UNITS.THE NORTH ELEVATION HAS RICHER DETAIL, WITH THE ADDITIONTO “RATED-WALL ASSEMBLY” WINDOWS AND A BANDING PATTERNOF ALTERNATING HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL SIDING. THE FRONTSTAIRWELL HAS BEEN IMPROVED, WITH INCREASED DETAILING ANDARTICULATION FOR THE GLASS GUARDRAIL AND ROOF ABOVE. THEPROFILE OF THE HALO ON THE TOP OF THE SHATTUCK FAÇADEHAS BEEN UPDATED TO APPEAR LIGHTER.

    IN SUMMARY, THE UPDATED PROJECT HAS ADDRESSED DRCCOMMENTS AND IMPROVED UNIT INTERIORS WHILE INCREASINGTHE SIZE OF THE BUILDING A SMALL AMOUNT. THE LOOK, LAYOUT,HEIGHT AND MASSING OF THE BUILDING HAS REMAINEDESSENTIALLY UNCHANGED.
