There are two ways in which you can VOTE.
Default Voting – This is done by Ranking the Requirements.
For example: Should you be confident in which 2nd Why potential cause is most likely to be, you may prefer to simply rank the Requirements.

Select from the drop down selection menu whether it is a Product or Process.

2nd Why/Voting Techniques Product/Process
The second way in which you can VOTE is by using Scientific Method. This is done by spending 10 votes as you see fit.
You are not obliged to spend your votes spread over all the options and if felt necessary , you can spend all 10 votes on ONE of the Options.

2nd Why Voting – Once everyone has Voted, and the Votes have been entered into the table, the percentage will appear to the right of the Voting Sheet.
