If, by "dE)central i'sing"· the, Mayor means bringing heal th servi QC s to the people, I am happy to note that thE) ' ·tii'a ycr is now following . the policy of the Coalition Government - a:nd in furtherance of this pol icy Government has been c ontinuously ' and purposefully . decentralising medical f.acilities so that these se r vices may be brought·'to the doors of . the homes, rather than perscns to the facilities. ' - ,

It may be somcwhat . . of .a sur,prise to the Mayor - _but c·ertainly not a· surprise to the population - to know that ·ther·e tpday exist 15 Outpatient Departments, many of which are in the rural areas. These are at:
