2006 B. Eng Project: I learnt how to manufacture Fertilizer
fromSawdust, by mixing saw dust with organic waste Urine,
Human waste and allow to react at 35 - 400C in anaerobic
condition for 21 days resident time on a batch process.

at 50 70 0C. I maintained heat exchanger temperature and
ensured satisfactory Oil colour by mixing citric acid andOil at
40% to 60% respectively depending on Lab result.
Achievement: I minimized cost on a day Oil over float from
Reactor vessel due to excess temperature over 1500
Capplied and steady speedy stirring. I ran up switch off the
Stirrer then controlled the temperature. The over floating
stop and volume reduced. I realized I saved about 12,000.
