PALS Leader

Taylor's University Student Success Center (SSC)

Peer Assisted Learning Service (PALS) is a program managed by the university's SSC to provide guidance for weak students (typically in first year)

in coping with difficult modules. I helped provide guidance for junior students from Taylor's School of Computing & Information Technology

(SoCIT) and School of Biosciences (SBS) struggling with various modules.

The FYE Team prioritises on providing First Year students the resources and support needed to transition into university life through:

familiarizing themselves with the university environment, culture and support services; and

instilling a sense of purpose and direction by helping them understand the relevance and applications of whatever they learn in their courses

with the outside world.
