Resident Welfare Officer (one-bedroom apartment provided)Responsible for: students’ welfare; cultural events; welfare reports; act as students’ advocate to facilitate the educational partnership between their home and the College; important customer-orientated position involves meeting the needs of fee-paying high-calibre International, EU and UK student clients (and parents). The position will require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Receptionist / AdministratorResponsible for: all primary communications and enquiries; maintenance of database of general enquiries and student database; input basic information on academic matters, creating electronic files and hard copies for students and maintaining files in co-ordination with academic and welfare staff, mailing / emailing prospectus; liaise with college staff regarding enquiries.
