TROUBLESHOOTINGWHENUSING3DMODEIcanseeaswirlingoil-likepatternonthemonitorwhenthemonitoristurnedoff.y ThisiscausedbytheinterferenceofexternallightintheairlayerbetweentheLCDsurfaceand3Dfilter.Thepatternbecomesalmostinvisiblewhenyouturnonthepoweragain.

Icannotsee3DimageproperlyIfyouarenotusingtheglassesprovidedwiththemonitor,

y Whenyouview3Dimageswiththismonitor,itisveryimportantthatyouusetheglassesprovidedwiththemonitor.Theglassesaredesignedtocompensateopticallyforthe3Dfilterattachedtothesurfaceofthemonitor.Ifyouwearthird-partyglasses,youmaynotsee3Dimagesproperlyonthemonitor.

Ifyouview3Dimagesoutsidetheoptimalviewingangleordistance,

y Theoptimalviewingangleofthismonitorisbetween-4°to8°degrees;theoptimalviewingdistanceisbetween50cmto70cmfromthemonitor.Whenyouview3Dimagesoutsidetheoptimalviewingangleorviewingdistance,theimagesmaylookoverlappedornotbedisplayedproperlyin3D.

Ifyouhavenotsettheresolution, y Pleasesettheresolutionofthemonitortothemaximum(1920x1080@60Hz)inthedisplaysettings.The3Dsoftwaremaynotworkproperlyiftheresolutionisnotsettothemaximum.

Iftheimagesthatyourleftandrighteyesseearereversed,
