We are pleased to announce that Owens Corning has completed the acquisition of

Pittsburgh Corning, the world’s leading producer of cellular glass insulation systems for

commercial and industrial markets.

Owens Corning intends to maintain separate sales teams and leadership for the legacy

Owens Corning and Pittsburgh Corning businesses.

Todd Fister will be the executive leader of the former Pittsburgh Corning business, now

known as Owens Corning FOAMGLAS® Insulation. The commercial team will report to

Todd with Harry Walkoff remaining the Vice President of the Industrial Business. There

will be no changes to the FOAMGLAS® sales team as a result of this transaction.

Alex Legall remains the executive leader of the Owens Corning fiberglass and mineral

wool product lines. There will be no changes to the Owens Corning sales team as a result

of this transaction.

opportunities with our suite of insulation products that include fiberglass, extruded

polystyrene foam, mineral wool, and cellular glass solutions.
