through floor to ceiling windows. The raw industrial interiors decorated with the work of local and interstate artists create

At Monster Kitchen and Bar, the function and conferencing menu is set out in four distinct seasons. We aim to use

seasonal produce, sourced locally from boutique growers and farmers of the Canberra region. We aim to support

local organic farmers whenever possible.

We will strive to respect all food items (animal, plant and dry goods) and to minimize waste and prepare every

ingredient to the best of our ability. We will be conscious of our local environment, minimizing waste, water usage,

whilst using all appropriate waste throughout the precincts composting centers.

Our approach to food

Ovolo Nishi boasts 68 superbly-appointed hotel rooms. If you have guests coming from overseas,

interstate or just out-of-town, finding somewhere to stay couldn’t be easier. They will receive preferential Ovolo treatment from the moment they make their reservation.

Australian interior design and architecture firm Luchetti Krelle, these innovative rooms include all

the essential elements and high detail of our Atrium

Rooms, in just a fraction of the space.

The Creative Sun rooms are unique. Some have clay

rendered walls, others concrete, cork, or natural fiber wallpaper. But they all have a king-size bed, a desk, a

separate sitting area, and a shower.
