Scheduler

• Who’s waiting pictures appear when mouse hovers over the patient’s name in the Who’s Waiting boxes.

• Appliance has new attributes for “Type”, “Details”, “Lab name”, and “Comments”

• Family needs appointment nag screen will display when scheduling a patient who has a family member with needs appointments.

• Resizing of screens to fit monitor size

• Prevent marking a future appointment as “broken”

• Deleting a chart entry associated with the checkout will “undo” the checkout

• Fixed overriding appointment minutes on scheduler box. Will now schedule appt with requested mins.

• Chart entries will not reorder from their original location. Will now always use current time vs. the time of the appointment.

• Follow-up List -- Expand rows that wrap to more than one line.

View patient pictures from all screens having the “Who’s waiting Boxes”.

Appliance Improvements

Appliance has new attributes for “Type”, “Details”, “Lab Name”, and Comments. The appliance screen can be customized to show or hide many of these fields.

Appliance Entry

Appliance fields can be entered or changed in many places. Here is the first place you will most likely enter the appliance details.

New Appliance Indicators

Details – Opens the appliance entry screen (previous slide) which allows adding and changing appliance fields.

New appliance toggle makes it easier to set appliance indicators. Clearly shows what’s currently selected. Highlight and click to change the setting.

“View family Appointments” will list all future scheduled and needed appointments for the family.

Financial Reminders

Used for Insurance queue reminders or Financial alerts.

Financial Reminders

Under “Financial” on the Insurance Queue screen, all financial type reminders will be listed. Reminders that are due will display in dark blue. Future or inactive reminders will show in gray.

Ins. Queue Reminders – Work Needed

When “Work Needed” is selected, only insurance queue reminders on or past their due date will show.

Ins. Queue Reminders – By Patient

When “By Patient” is selected, all insurance queue reminders will show. Active will show in blue, future/inactive will show in gray.

Patient Picture Upload

Provides an easy method for uploading patient pictures into the program.

Your patient pictures can be taken from any file location on your network. These files don’t require a special naming convention. The program will store them in the correct location and rename them accordingly.
