1. Ins Queue’s financial screen will show chart comments, chart alerts, and scheduler alerts in addition to the currently shown scans and financial reminders.

2. FTL Version 4 allows for printing either of the responsible party’s spouse names

Assistant Dropdown in Checkout

Add other types of users besides today’s assistants to the initial (short) list of users.

The assistant dropdown is set by computer type.

Financial Alert Popup

The financial warning popup shows in addition to the red/yellow box around the patient’s name. But it only shows when attempting to schedule a procedure that has required (or warned) for a zero dollar balance.

Setting up the financial alert to display requires these 2 steps:

1. Procedures requiring a zero dollar balance must be indicated as such.

2. Globally set the popup to show when the setting is set to “Warning” and/or set to “Required”.

View Billing Transactions during Checkout

Billing can be seen prior to adding a charge to ensure the charge was already billed.
