real estate investing / property management,
online retail, aerospace & defense,
automotive, and diversified manufacturing.
He earned his BSE in Aerospace Engineering
from the University of Michigan and an MBA
from Harvard Business School.
MINNA PYHKKALLACreative Director
Minna has worked primarily as a commercial
and fine art photographer over the past 20
years. She has exhibited in Japan, Finland,
Germany, Austria, Poland, Prague and the
USA and has several art residencies abroad.

Prince Idichandy
Prince Idichandy currently serves as the CEO of Palladium Marketing Services. He has over 7 years of
experience in a variety of industries including graphic design, real estate investing / property
management, online retail, aerospace & defense, automotive, and diversified manufacturing. Most
recently, he served as a Manager for Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy & Operations practice. Prior
to joining Deloitte, Mr. Idichandy worked in several operations and leadership roles at Lockheed
Martin and Eaton Corporation. He earned his BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of
Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
