with the CARICOM Secretariat (ICANN CTO participated) Recommended creation of a regional IG framework Identified relevant IG issues for the Caribbean Determined Forum positions on specific WSIS issues Report issued to regional ICT Ministers and policy makers to

inform WSIS participation in Tunis
