That’s not what we say about our baked goods. That‘s what people say who’ve tried them. For many years now, we at Moin have been helping to ensure that eating remains a pleasure. We’re of the same mind as the great poet Goethe: “When you’ve eaten and drunk, you’re like a new-born person!”

And such a rebirth can only succeed with top-quality ingredients. Our croissants, crusty rolls and puff pastries all contain the very best certified organic raw materials (Bioland)and revitalized water. And we also make sure we give our dough all the time it needs, so that the full flavour and all the nutrients can develop to their full potential. In our products you’ll search in vain for technical enzymes, artificial flavourings or preservatives. What we produce are natural, living and energy-rich bakery goods – each one a mini power plant, as it were!

But what really makes the difference to our products is the care and the commitment – in short, the mindfulness – with which we go about our business. Just like people cooking at home for their family and friends. And perhaps like you, our customers, who sell our products in your stores and then sometimes further refine and enhance them.
