service agents to seamlessly transition from a chat to a remote support
session. From the agent’s perspective, the Rescue support session can
be easily initiated via the BoldChat client interface — no additional steps

perspective, the support session is facilitated directly through the chat

How it worksBoldChat integrates with Rescue for a seamless customer support experience.
• Agents easily initiate a new Rescue support session from
within the BoldChat chat window while engaging a customer.
• A support session is automatically created in the Rescue
Technician Console. The agent is then able to send a screen
sharing or remote control request to the customer.
• For the customer, all communication and session
management is centralized within the chat window.
• During the support session, the agent has access to full
Rescue functionality, including remote diagnostics and
device configuration.
Rescue agent credentials can be saved, making support
and troubleshooting instant. What’s more, Rescue session
data is fully incorporated into BoldChat reporting to give
you a comprehensive look at your helpdesk’s performance
and productivity.
For live chat with remote support integration, BoldChat Pro or higher and a subscription of Rescue is required.
