The French-Korean Golf Tournament is a unique amateur golf

event which is designed to improve the relationship between Korea and France.

The French-Korean Golf Tournament will develop the

awareness of the French brand, “Rendez-vous en France”.

The tournament co-hosted by two influential organizations

provides a wide range of business opportunities in both countries.

Rules of Golf

Modified Peoria System (Double Peoria) 신페리오방식

• Before starting a match (경기 시작 전에 12개의 지정홀 선택)

Match officials will select 12 hidden holes out of 18 holes, unknown to the players. The sum of the par should be 48. 참가자가 알지 못하도록 18홀 중 점수를 산출 할 12홀을 지정해 놓습니다. 이 12홀의 합계는 48par가 되어야 합니다.

• After the match, the officials will announce the 12 hidden holes to the players 경기 종료 후 참가자는 스코어카드를 제출하여야 합니다.

• Scoring method (성적집계 방식-핸디캡 산출)

Add up the scores for the 12 hidden holes and multiply by 1.5. Subtract the course par (usually72), and 80% of the number shall be the player’s handicap.

성적집계: 지정한 12홀의 스코어를 합하여 *1.5를 합니다 (1.5를 곱하는 이유는 18홀 기준으로의 성적을 집계하기 위함).

핸디캡: 산출된 스코어에서 18홀 기준 정규 par72를 뺍니다. 산출된 숫자의 80%가 본경기 핸디캡이 되는것입니다.
