We must also acknowledge our delay in sending reports in time. Forgive us. The intake started on the 11 th of July, 2014. At that time, we had nine men. The school is scheduled to have its graduation on June, 25 th 2016. The men to graduate are six. During this past two years, we must thank you, the sponsors, for the achievements realized. We have secured land and built the school block. The land is already surveyed and the Title Deed was issued. The school block is installed with Solar. What remains is the plumbing to enable us have water within the house. Two months ago, we got funds from you for the fence, which is already up. The school stands in a very conducive area, along Kampala – Tororo Highway. It can be accessed easily. While in this new area, we have managed to evangelize and open five congregations: i) Where the school stands, we have baptized 11 people. ii) Some seventy-five miles south of the school, we opened another congregation called Kigandalo. Here, we baptized 25 people and have visited it three times. iii) Further from Kigandalo, 90 miles in the lake area, we also planted another church called Buvuma with a membership of 28. iv) Masimba has 23 baptisms. Lastly, the 5th congregation is called Maliri Arowa, which is in the Northern direction from the school. This has 15 baptized members. These Five new congregations alone have 92 new members. The congregations where the Instructors and students come from have also had some baptisms. Kachinga congregation, where James worships, has had 5 baptisms and 6 restorations. Buyimini congregation, where Alex comes from, has 4 baptisms. Kitswamba congregation, where Williams worships, reported 3 baptisms. Namwongo congregation, where Steve worships , is having a prison ministry. They visit prisons and study with the inmates. Currently, they are studying with 60 prisoners. Babadogo congregation from Kenya, where Samson works, reported 6 baptisms, with one restoration. At the school, we have had three fellowships which were intended to bring awareness of the school within the community. These were well attended, and Bible lessons were presented. Now, people around the school are aware of what we teach; and all the 11 baptized members at the school congregation came out of these surrounding denominations. Five families come to worship with us as they consider getting baptized. Denominations have invited us to visit with them and share the word of God with their members. So far we have visited one. We have also visited other congregations where we have been invited to teach. Four times, Alex has visited three churches in Kenya to study with them. One congregation called Jeera Church had a problem of women leadership and instrumental music. Alex took them Spiritual sword books which teach about such issues. We trained a man and he has started a Bible school to teach the true doctrine within the area and to worship without Instruments. This brother is called Omondi Michael, Awour. Another congregation, Mundika Church of Christ, had a problem of denominational unawareness. Members thought that the Church is like the surrounding denominations and the leader was one who drinks. It is only time and funds which limit our teaching movements. Finally, our work has seen another establishment of yet another Bible school in the Western parts of the Country. This school is called Rwenzori School of Preaching. Five of its faculty members are from East Africa School of Biblical Studies. It is headed by a brother by the name of Benard Mbusa. Now, we are working on the road to the school compound. ELDERS’ CORNER: This coming Sunday, at 2:00 in the

afternoon, we will have our Ninth Graduation of

the Bible Institute of Missouri. At the

ceremony we will confer a Degree of Biblical

Studies on four students: Brandon Hall, David

Blades, Thaddeus Valeika and Trey Sullins. I

am fully persuaded that all four of these men

will find their place in the Kingdom and do a

wonderful work for the Lord. They have been

diligent in their studies and have displayed

proper Christian character in their training. It

will be our pleasure to see them graduate and

to encourage them to use the knowledge and

skills they have gained from the school in their

proclamation of the gospel. Let's encourage

them by being present for the Graduation

Ceremony. A reception will follow the

ceremony.

Let us not forget our loved ones who are

dealing with health problems. We understand

that Tom Long will soon be moving back to

Springfield. Continue to remember them in

prayers. Mary Patchell needs our prayers as

she is dealing with a bad case of

shingles. Many of our elderly are daily dealing

with many problems. They need prayers of

healing and encouragement.

Edith and I will be leaving for Africa on

June 7th and be back on July 8th. Remember

us in your daily prayers. We will be a part of

two Graduation Ceremonies, one in Zambia of 1

and one in Uganda of 6 students. I want to

thank all of you for your support in

contributions and prayers.

See you on the Lord's Day.

Jerry & Gary

VAN DRIVER NEEDED: If you can drive the van for a few weeks while

Mary is recuperating, please contact Gary

Dalton. Thanks!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Bible Institute of Missouri’s Kappa class of 2016 will hold its graduation ceremony Sunday, June 5th at 2 O’clock in the afternoon at the Kansas Expressway church of Christ in Springfield, Missouri.
Please join us in honoring these faithful men: David Blades Brandon Hall Trey Sullins Thadd Valeika
A reception will follow in the fellowship hall.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

And how shall they preach unless they are sent?

As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace,

Who bring glad tidings of good things!”

Romans 10:15 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Behold, I come quickly! A new preacher had just begun his sermon. He was a

little nervous, and about ten minutes into the talk, his

mind went blank. He remembered some advice they

gave him in preachers’ school when a situation like

this arose - repeat your last point. Often, this will help

you remember what should come next. So he gave it a

try.

"Behold, I come quickly," he said. Still, his mind was

blank. So he tried again, "Behold, I come quickly!" Still

nothing.

He tried once more, this time with so much

vehemence that he tripped over his microphone wire

and fell off the platform, right into the lap of a little

old lady in the front row.

The young preacher was very embarrassed and tried

to apologize, but the woman replied, "That's all right,

young man. It was my fault...I should have gotten out

of the way. You told me three times you were coming!"
