Outstanding Thermal & Optical SystemRapid real-time PCR with IT connectivity and automated data analysis and result reporting
Rotor-Gene® Q+ Sentosa® SA Reporter
Outstanding Performance for Your Assays
Rotor-Gene® Q Instrument Features and Benets
The Rotor-Gene® Q provides high thermal and optical uniformity, short equilibration times, and fast ramping rates which are critical for precise and rapid quantitative analysis. The Rotor-Gene® Q has a unique centrifugal rotary design that makes it a precise and versatile real-time PCR cycler. Vela Diagnostics’ proprietary Sentosa® SA Reporter software allows users to control thermal cycling protocols and perform automated data analysis, with connectivity to LIS.
Sentosa® SA Reporter Software
The Sentosa® SA Reporter converts the fluorescence signals from the Rotor-Gene® Q real-time PCR instrument to comparative quantitative readouts and generates automated reports.
Features
■ Rotary format with uniform detection■ Up to 72 samples per run for high-throughput runs■ Unmatched optical range spanning UV to infrared
wavelengths- highly suited for multiplex applications■ Ultra fast ramp rate ( Heating: >15°C/s , Cooling: >20°C/s)
for better turn-around time to support high-throughput ■ Well-to-well temperature variation below ±0.02°C to
ensure high accuracy and reproducibility■ No need for optical alignment, calibration, or lamp replacement■ Low maintenance and maximum convenience
■ Frees up tech resources and reduces turn-around time■ Ensures reproducible and reliable diagnostics■ Integrating seamlessly with laboratory procedures■ Customised E-Signatures for multiple users■ Automated result reporting with digital graphs
(Linear and Log Scale)■ Report generation in PDF or Excel formats
■ 21 validated sample types ■ 28 validated test assays (26 CE-IVD)■ Test combinations avaliable■ Clinically relevant test designs■ Sample to report in ~ 4 hours ■ Sample traceability throughout the workflow■ Highly automated workflow■ IT connectivity and LIS interfacing■ 1 service contract to cover entire workflow
