General agreement to:support no changes to the current SG structure. prepare a proposal regarding deadlines for submission of documents.review Recommendation A.7.number of vice-Chairmen.review various ResolutionsExamine issues of concern and develop Regional proposals NGN, Security & Regulatory Issues Enhance participation in ITU-T, emerging activities; including accessibility and Cybersecurity

Issues to be covered: Review WTSA 08 outcomes ‘Hot Topics’, including NGN, Convergence, IP-based platforms, ICT’s and climate change, Conformance and interoperability. ICT standardization gaps in the African Region Examine issues of concern & develop Regional proposals

CEPT
SG & Question restructuring: CEPT prefer 8 SGs (merger of SG9+16 and SG11+13 advantages ?) ,
Possible alternative proposal for changes (re FG) if 10 SGs remain. A.7 will be studied as well.
Questions, proposals have been submit to SG17, SG2 and SG5 meetings and will continue to other SG meeting.
Revision of WTSA Resolutions:
Res 47 (ccTLD) and 48 (IDN) - merge, and move IDN also under SG2 responsibility .
Res. 50 (Cybersecurity) – add text on cooperation with other orgs.
Res. 64 (IPv6) – remove instruction to SG 2&3, focus on capacity building in cooperation with other orgs.
WTSA Resolutions implementation status :
