Summary of curriculumdevelopment
• We developed a curriculum that can be used by SEER participants and their partners in their in-service training programs.
• The curriculum is divided into different modules. A different partners are responsible for each different module. Courses in module are usually either 1 to 5 days long, designed for either basic or advanced level.
• In describing the learning outcomes, content and assessment criteria of the courses, the subjects taught by project partners were used as the basis.
• The curriculum development was also based on competence descriptions of the occupational qualification standards: Facility Manager 6 and Maintenance Manager 6.

• Management of renovation process: Condition assessment
• 3 courses• Management of renovation process:
Project management• 5 courses
• Financial issues in the renovation process• 4 courses
• Communication and collaboration for energy efficient renovation
