INTRODUCTION

His Royal Majesty King Muad’Dib Jamel El’Osiris intends to issue by Royal Decree, Diplomatic

Passports, and ID Cards to The Numi Kingdom’s appointed officials. A supplier of these

documents has been identified by Department of Diplomatic relation Numi Kingdom, this

information is currently in the Hands of His Royal Majesty King Muad’Dib Jamel El’Osiris, to

place an order for these important documents there is required information to be sent to the

supplier, the design of the documents is necessary along with the information on the

individual’s the Kingdom intends to issue a Diplomatic Passport and ID Card to.

It is of upmost importance to understand that the issuance of Diplomatic Passports and ID

Cards are to be taken serious in order that the documents are accepted by other countries an

official intends to enter, the issuance of these documents would need to be back up with an

letter of authentication that is confirmed by an official authentication body, within the

authentication letter details on back ground of how The Numi Kingdom was raised and how

His Royal Majesty King Muad’Dib Jamel El’Osiris legal took his title, these question will be

asked along the road, therefore if they are readily available from the outset this will make life

easier for The Numi Kingdom and it’s officials who hold a Diplomatic Passport and ID Card.


WAYS TO GET DIPLOMATIC PASSPORTS

AND ID CARDS RECONISED

Providing the supporting documentation from the outset confirming the authenticity

of the background of The Numi Kingdom and His Royal Majesty King Muad’Dib Jamel

El’Osiris is a necessity for Diplomatic Passports and ID Cards to be taken serious by

Border Control/Immigration in countries globally, this should be sent out via mass

mailing to countries around the world in particular the countries where initially

Diplomats will be travelling to.

issued by The Numi Kingdom by decree of His Majesty King Muad’Dib Jamel El’Osiris.

This would be an advantage when approaching other countries.

It is important that The Numi Kingdom works towards recognition with the United

Nations, this not only resolves any issues with Diplomatic Passports and ID Cards, but

it will also provide clarity that The Numi Kingdom is taken seriously and that it is a

bonified Kingdom.

A full security check should be carried out on everyone that will be issued with a

Diplomatic Passport and ID Card, to check they do not have a criminal record, they are

not part of any terrorist group or make donations to any terrorist organizations, in

addition to the security checks individuals are to sign a declaration stating they have

no criminal record neither are they a member of any terrorist group.


SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The official action may be: (i) a complete pardon by His Royal Majesty King Muad’Dib Jamel El’Osiris or other competent authority His majesty can make a decision based on the information given to him on any criminal history on a subject from other countries, if a subject can retain a passport or ID card, whether or not the pardon is designated as based on innocence; (ii) an acquittal of all charges factually related to the crime for which the person was originally convicted; or (iii) a dismissal of all charges related to the crime for which the person was originally convicted, by a court or by a prosecutor with the authority to enter that dismissal.

EXAMPLE: the United States The United States has been the subject of more wrongful conviction research than any country in the world. The results are troubling. From 1989 to 2017, more than 2100 persons were wrongfully convicted and subsequently released from prison because of evidence of their innocence

Serious care and attention should be considered when issuing issue individuals with

Diplomatic Passports and ID Cards, like that adopted by established countries around

the world, the Diplomatic Passports and ID Cards should be issued with strict

conditions for their use.

Diplomatic – Black or Burgundy Official Diplomatic passports are issued to Foreign Service Officers and other persons with Diplomatic or comparable status.



DIPLOMATIC ID CARD Issued to diplomats while serving abroad. Though not a passport, these types of documents were used by diplomats while stationed and serving abroad. This is interesting as an additional item that would go together with an individual's diplomatic passport when being posted abroad. Diplomatic immunity is a form of legal immunity that ensures diplomats are given safe passage and are considered not susceptible to lawsuit or prosecution under the host country's laws, although they may still be expelled.
