SaaS App Marketplace Definition

The eBento SaaS App Marketplace is how the SPs and SMB end users access apps from the eBento platform. The apps may not necessarily be SaaS services but access to them is SaaS-based. The App Store is accessible from the SMB,SP and Technology Partner portals. Functionality is tiered and based on permissions/roles. Anyone can view, sort, search for apps on the App Marketplace. Roles include:

Allow SMB to have one ticketing system to manage support for all eBento related services.
