OCS Outdoor Porcelain is a wide range of extremely durable, ceramic, outdoor tiles that will retain their beautiful colours for years. Even in the most extreme weather conditions. And better yet, they require virtually no maintenance.
The range consists of six collections: Tea-time, Naturals, Bluestone, Pietra Sabbiosa, Reverso and Cardoso Grigio. Offering a large selection of colours, patterns, and sizes. Suitable for different tiling systems; including traditional, on screed, or on
pedestals … allowing for perfect integration into every possible living style. Whether you want your garden or patio looking sleek and modern or classically elegant.

Unique characteristics Installation and maintenance
RECTIFIED
Thanks to their straight, rectified sides and angles, the tiles can be installed quickly
and tightly with small joints.
FROST RESISTANT
Our porcelain tiles are impervious to moisture and temperature changes. They are also fully
frost-proof.
GENERAL INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
Before the installation of porcelain tiles, check if they (in dry condition) match the sample and carefully mix the tiles to achieve a harmonious appearance of colours and shades.
Important: “Installation is acceptance”: this means that after installation no complaints will be accepted except for hidden faults.
INSTALLATION ON A “WET BED”
We recommend installing porcelain tiles on a wet mortar bed of “6:1” grit sand to Portland cement. Evenly spreading a floor-covering adhesive over the underside of the porcelain paving tile is strongly advised to create a bound bridge
between the wet bed and the paving.Do not “butt joint” your porcelain paving. Use a minimum gap of 5 mm to avoid chipping edges and use “tile spacers”
to create uniform spacing. A weather repellent grout is generally used.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Porcelain tiles are very easy to maintain. Any patio will look like new for years thanks to the use of the latest technology. Sweeping or regular cleaning with water and a non-aggressive detergent
is sufficient as periodic maintenance.If after installing and grouting any cement residue has left, it can be removed
by using Lithofin KF Cement residue remover. Do not use sealers and oily detergents. Due to the low porosity,
they will remain on the tile surface as a greasy layer.
ANTI-SLIP
The OCS tiles have a minimum anti-slip value of R11, making them excellent for outdoor use.
The anti-slip surface is also very durable.
PEDESTALS
Thanks to their nearly perfect calibration, our light and easily placeable porcelain tiles are perfectly suitable to be installed on pedestals.

The Cardoso Grigio collection is a dark grey porcelain stone verging on blue in colour and a low-metamorphic grade sandstone rock. Light-coloured vein markings brush over the surface, which is soft to the touch yet extremely resistant.
