The Henley Festival has welcomed some superstars over the years, and this July’s musical spectacular already has a legend on the line up

Soul legend Lionel Richie will be headlining the Floating

Stage at the Henley Festival this summer.

The Three Times A Lady singer will headline on the

evening of Thursday, 9th July at the festival, which runs

for five days through the summer.

The ever-popular festival, next to the River Thames,

promises to be a highlight of 2015 with not just music,

but a plethora of artists and acts helping to keep crowds

entertained.

Each night has a black tie theme and there are

spectacular fireworks to close each evening. The Philharmonia Orchestra has also been confirmed as the headliner for Friday, 10th July, which will be playing a selection of music by George Gershwin.

The two acts will play on the Floating Stage from 8.45pm at the festival, which runs from Wednesday, 8th July to Sunday, 12th July.
