HISTORYRoush Yates Engines was
formed in 2003 by Robert Yates, Jack Roush, and Doug Yates with the support of Ford Motor Company to create a world-class race engine company that would compete at the highest levels of the Motorsports Industry.
Out of the passion for power and performance excellence, Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions was formed. Roush Yates Manu-facturing Solutions machines high performance engine components to support engine design and development. Although rooted in motorsports racing, Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions has leveraged their passion for CNC manufacturing excellence into the aerospace, defense, automotive, medical, and industrial industries.
We have created a world-class facility, staffed by a diversified professional team from the aerospace, defense, motorsports, power generation, and high-tech sectors from around the United States.
Our dedication to quality is exhibited by our commitment to meet AS9100 Rev D certification and ITAR registration standards. This is paramount to our contin-ued success and growth. Our 88,000 Sq. Ft. Facility is located in
Mooresville, NC, minutes from Charlotte.

SCOPE OF WORKOur expertise is in the CNC machining of complex geometry parts that require robust process control and post machine surface treatment through a network of validated and approved process suppliers. We provide an array of CNC manufacturing processes on 5 and 6 axis mills, multi-axis mill turn, turning, Swiss turn, and waterjet capabilities. In addition, we offer post-ma-chine surface, secondary treatment processes, and sub-assembly services.

QUALITYRoush Yates Manufacturing Solutions quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:AS9100 Rev D standards. The aerospace focused quality system sets an impeccable standard for us to achieve the highest level of quality for our customers.
The focus on waste minimization within our management system includes Lean Manufacturing practices. Quality, Production, Engineering, and Procurement all work together to continuously improve our safe work environment, quality, delivery efficiency, and reduce waste.
Our state-of-the-art inspection equipment and reporting system is one of our most valued assets. Our QA lab and supporting metrology equipment are strategically positioned throughout the facility to monitor components as they flow through the production process, monitoring critical tolerances and measurements. In addition, our electronic work flow process is utilized for traceability of components; match-ing work order with material, tools, prints, and machines for a seamless work flow and 100% accurate components.
