Our Mission In partnership with Knox Education Foundation, Knox County Schools and the communities we serve, our mission is to impact generational change through education. Our K-16 approach as a premier nationally- recognized college/career access program focuses on: 1. college/career access and success 2. social services support 3. family, neighborhood & community engagement 4. intentional support for students from disadvantaged circumstances 5. scholars in 14 urban schools in Knoxville Our Values Teamwork - Our relationships are grounded in trust and defined by a commitment to reciprocal care and shared responsibility. Respect - Every person matters and each person’s dignity is honored. Service - We passionately advocate and care for those we serve and strive to deliver results that exceed expectations.
