  • Our Venue At the heart of a 300-acre oasis, The Oaks Ranch is equal parts classic elegance and rugged bohemian; making it an idyllic setting for couples seeking seclusion, style and a point of difference.

    Our hacienda-inspired venue reflects and celebrates its incredible surrounds, which include vast rural landscapes, breathtaking skylines and sunsets, a large lake and - just beyond the outskirts - one of the South Coast’s most magnificent coastlines.

    That same natural beauty and charm extend into the venue itself, with a huge Mediterranean-style alfresco area and fully equipped function room, boasting French doors that sprawl onto gorgeous open lawns. Boutique hotel accommodation is available for approximately 30 guests seeking to extend their stay and enjoy the on-site, nine-hole golf course, pristine magnesium pool, river fishing or nearby surfing.

    From elopements to large scale celebrations, The Oaks Ranch is the perfect wedding venue for couples seeking peace of mind. All weddings are offered under an exclusive access arrangement, so the only guests onsite for the duration of the booking will be those you have invited to share in the magic of your wedding. The many ceremony and reception options and the classic styling mean you can add as little or as much of your own personality as you desire ... to create an event that truly is as unique as you.

  • At The Oaks Ranch, we are passionate about helping you create your perfect wedding.

    As part of our venue hire, we offer a gorgeous arbour, which you can work with a florist to customise and locate anywhere on the property, allowing you to select your own scenic backdrop for your nuptials.

    Our intimate wedding gazebo is a gorgeous alternative, while the undercover alfresco area is a stunning backdrop and a great all-weather option.

    Your Ceremony Setting

  • From formal indoor sit down to canapes and dancing beneath the stars; from luxurious marquee setting to an array of food stalls for the ultimate “festival” style wedding, The Oaks Ranch offers an unrivalled level of flexibility for your reception. Our large function room is fully equipped with PA/music system and bar and can welcome more than 100 guests for a seated meal. The beautiful poolside patio can also seat 100 people undercover and offers the perfect setting for an evening that embraces the incredible surrounds of the property. Our expert team will work alongside any vendors and stylists of your choosing to ensure your reception and setting are a complete success.

    Your Reception Function

  • The Oaks Ranch has an on-site, fully fitted commercial kitchen. Our in-house team are available to assist with your catering package, or we can open the kitchen to the to the caterers of your choice. The bar is staffed by our professional team and we can work with you to develop a drinks package that is perfectly suited to your ceremony and/or reception as well as your budget.

  • Our couples have the option to extend their celebrations, by inviting guests to stay on site at The Oaks Ranch (additional fees apply). Accommodation bookings are not a requirement of venue hire, however are available to all of our newlyweds and provide a wonderful opportunity for your guests to unwind in the company of loved ones over a game of golf, a relaxing day by the pool, an adventure to the nearby beaches or additional celebrations. A number of boutique king and deluxe king suites are available and sleep approximately 30 guests. All bride and grooms receive complimentary accommodation for two nights included in their venue hire.


  • We welcome (and encourage) all of our potential brides and grooms to visit The Oaks Ranch to truly understand the beauty, space and endless options available at the property. To assist our couples in their planning, we also offer special accommodation rates. At the time of your event, our standard package pricing includes a Friday, 2pm check in and Sunday, 12pm checkout (with extensions subject to availability).
