    Diet was the topic at the Tuesdaymeeting o f the \Vomen's Community Club, discussed by i\1 issElizabeth IVliller, of the Philadelphia General Hospi tal. She was introduced by Mrs. Eberhard Mueller.Miss Miller explained that the "rundown" condi ti on which ca lls for aspring tonic is not necessa ry , ifproper diet has been followedthrough the winter.A variety of foods with plenty ofgreen vegetables and fruits is whatthe body needs in o rd er to get theamount of calcium,phosphorus, ironand magnesium requi red for realhealth. These minerals in addit ionto water, protein carbohydrates andfat , form a perfect diet. Miss Mil lerout lined briefly foods for diebetic,nephritic and obese patients as wellas a salt-free diet and that for aperson with h igh b lood pre ssure.Chi ldren, she said, need more prot iens than grown-ups.
