MILANESE SHOPPING,FOOD & ARCHITECTUREStarting from Brera, let’s have some good taste in a few gourmet food shops in via Mercato, a visit to an historic handicraft shoe shop, then we head to Corso Garibaldi, the street of alternative and typical Milanese style shops. We visit the vintage shops for excellence in this area then we will take you to an historic Milanese wine shop for a quick taste.
Afterwads we will go to a crocodile leather processing workshop / showroom. From there, we head to Corso Como to admire fashion shops and art galleries with a very Milanese and trendy taste.
Here we are in the middle of the new architectural complex of the city: Unicredit skyscrapers and Gae Aulenti’s square. Take a look at the “Bosco Verticale”, a real vertical forest that won International rewards.

FULL DAY IN THEMILANESE FASHION WORLDWe will lead you through the fashion world of the city.
According to your preferences we may visit Italian and more specifically local stores which are really considered as the trendiest style spots in town. Luxury brands at their best, Italian hand made shoes, clothes and accessories that are only tailor made.
A short break for a light lunch in one of the several stylish locations and then we will continue our walk. Last but not least if you’re not tired and we have some spare time, we can visit the Armani Museum, the one the Giorgio Armani himself created to celebrate his beloved town.

DISCOVER THE5 “VIE” TOUR
The best of Milanese style/fashion & design, with a touch of history
We go to the famous 5-streets historical district, charming and narrow streets. We will visit a typical Milan-style ceramic shop where you can also buy unique pieces and we will visit other typical vintage shops in this area. We will also go to one of the most tasteful shops that deals with wonderful wallpaper and fabrics, they are one of the masters of decor and interior design. You will have to see it to believe it.
We will admire some of the beautiful Milanese courtyards of Via Santa Marta, passing through Art Galleries and finally we will stop for a well deserved coffee break in one of the city oldest bakery. We will finish the tour with a glimpse of the ancient Roman Imperial ruins which have been restored and arranged in a stlylish context. We will also visit San Maurizio, an old convent with a Sistine Chapel.

A MILANESEFOOD & WINE TOURWe start the tour from Piazza del Carmine, in the very heart of the Brera district, the charming artist district of the city. This area is full of typical Italian small “food boutiques”. We will visit on of the oldest “Gelateria” opened 1954 where you can taste unforgettable flavors of “gelato” all made from fresh fruits and you will discover the secrets of the real Italian ice-cream.
We will also take you to an excellent Italian olive oil shop with also has a fabulous cosmetic corner.
We will then have a coffee in a typical Italian bar where you can order all different kinds of coffee. You surely know that Italians go crazy for their coffee and there are several ways of serving it. After that we will carry on to the kingdom of ham, “gnocco fritto” (fried gnocco) and cheese where you can have a taste of it and chill out a bit.
Will also visit a typical Sicilian bakery well known for its “cannoli” and chocolate pastry. Here chocolate is flowing everywhere and there is also a chocolate fountain. A real “Charlie and the chocolate factory” experience.
Last but not least, we will visit a typical Italian wine shop, a “Must Do IT” experience if you are in Milan.

For those who want to visit a true Milanese barber shop, with brushes, bristles and vintage barber chairs : this is the place where many distinguished man of the local high society have come for the last century.
We will take you to the renowned Stivaleria Savoia for tailor made shoes and boots or we can visit to other famous shoe shops in the city. if you are looking for taylor made tie, shirt or suit this is the experience we can lead you though. Let’s not also forget the fragrance of Acqua di Parma and Borsalino hand made hats.

DESIGN AND CREATION OFGOLDSMITHSVisit the PILGIO’s goldsmith workshop, a store of the highest creative expression goldsmith for the original use of material. You will be amazed by the precious stones mounted in lava material.
From his shop we will go to Via Pastrengo, in the Isola district, to visit the show room of the famous designer Monica Castiglioni, daughter of Achille Castiglioni, one of the greatest Italian designer in the world. Her creations are exhibited in all major International Art Galleries.
Lunch at the delicious Bistrot nearby and a then a look at the trendiest flower shop in the city.

EXPERIENCE FOOD AT HOMEBUY, COOK & EAT IN MILAN
Experience buying food, cooking and eating together in a Milanese private home.
We will take you to an historycal coffee shop established in 1942 where you can drink a Cappuccino or a real Espresso, then we will move to a local food market to buy all the right and fresh ingredients to cook our meal.
Then we will pass by car near the newly built City Life, a modern urban area that worth to be seen, where many celebrities are moving, inlcuding the very famous influencer Chiara Ferragni.
We will arrive in our home and start preparing a typical Milanese meal based on risotto with saffron, the famous “cotoletta alla milanese” which is pan friend, chicken with a topping of fresh tomatoes and a tiramisu. We will taste italian wine and eat in a cozy atmosphere. A present will be given to all guests consisting in home made biscuits with its recipe written inside and a note book where you can write all the tips you will learn to cook a real italian meal.

MILANESE TOURART & DESIGN
Let’s start with a cappuccino in a true Milanese private house.
We will start our visit drinking a cappuccino with pastries in a very Milanese private house, near the Museum that we will visit afterward. Milan, the capital of design, has a lots of fantastic locations to visit for those who are passionate by design.
The walking tour we propose starts from the Triennale Museum, the first museum in Italy dedicated to design, where you will enjoy the first permanent Italian design exibition.
From there we will proceed by public transport to discover the city design landmarks, contemporary furniture and pieces of modern art. We will stop in this incredible yard and you will be fascinated by the atmosphere.
We will then carry on to Piazza del Duomo to visit the “Museo del Novecento” and, after that, we will go to the Durini Design District, in the real heart of the city, where you can find many well known Italian design brands.

FROM HOMETO A DESIGNER’S STUDIO
From a high class hometo the Museum of the Italian designer studio Achille Castiglioni
This itinerary starts with a visit to a home/Museum of the 1930’s, an authentic treasure of architecture and art in the heart of the city: Villa Necchi Campigli. Built by the famous Architect Piero Portaluppi it represents the high industrial class of this region. It’s a home that has been turned into a museum full of masterpieces that you should not miss if you are fond of art and architecture. A few steps outside the villa we can admire some wonderful historical Liberty Style buildings, a fusion between the French Art Nouveau and the German Jugendstil style, built at the beginnings of the 1900’s in Milan.
Then we will have a visit to an historical Milanese graphic art store and, after that, we will stop for a good espresso in a posh coffee shop in Corso Venezia.
We proceed with a couple of underground stops to the Design Foundationof Achille Castiglioni, the studio where he created and realized unlimited products of the sixties, now became our heritage in the history of the Italian design.
All the visits can be defined with a private exclusive guide and a private local expert.

EXPERIENCE OFTHE BEST FRAGRANCES
Experience the best fragrances in town with a look at some artistic masterpieces
A walking tour through one of the most famous districts of Milan in search of fragrances and special perfumes created to amaze the hidden senses of our sense of smell. Between one fragrance and another we will have the opportunity to admire some of the city’s historic artistic beauties (Pinacoteca di Brera, Piazza del Carmine) and taste a delicious pastry or chocolate in an elegant pastry shop in Brera.
We will move to Corso Magenta where we will visit two other historical boutiques, a feast for the eyes and nose. Then we will visit the beautiful Convent of San Maurizio Church.

A PRIVATE VISIT TOTHE ALFA ROMEO MUSEUM
Experience a private visit in a private Museum: Alfa Romeo.The only existing Museum which allows yourself to do a shooting on its cars.
1) Departure from your Hotel on a vintage car with a personal driver to reach the Museum. Private visit leaded by the owners of the Museum. A shooting on the vintage cars and then we might also organize -depending on the timing- an aperitivo with oysters and champagne. In the end we weill come back to the Hotel still by vintage car.

2) Departure from your Hotel on a vintage car with a private driver to Cernobbio (Como lake) through the wonderful Italian villas and landscapes with a romantic walk. Then we will proceed to the Museum. Same as above.

A DAY TRIP TOFRANCIACORTA & WINE TOURDeparting from Milan at 9 am by private transfer, in 2 hours we will reach both locations (to be chosen) with our professional sommelier. On arrival visit a winery in a spectacular position. Wine tasting with snacks, cheese and possibility to buy wine.
After the tasting you can have lunch at the winery or, if you prefer, to a typical trattoria nearby. In the afternoon you can have a short walk around to admire the vineyards and then visit another winery.Return to Milan in the late afternoon.

ITALIAN (VAL D’AOSTA)ALPINE EXPERIENCE
Ski and history in the Mont Blanc area
The Alps are spectacular mountains and those who love mountain and skiing can not miss the spectacle of Mont Blanc. We will drive in the morning from Milan to Aosta. Then we will visit the castle of Cly in Val d’Aosta. In the evening we’ll stay in La Thuile, a small village on the edge with France, with very nice slopes.
Next morning we’ll have a nice day on the skis and then we will head to Chamonix for dinner and stay overnight in a beautiful mountain chalet.
The next day, whoever wants could go skiing at Argentiere at the foot of Mont Blanc. Otherwise we will have a beautiful visit to the wonderful small town. On the way back to Milan we will take the brand new Sky Way, a spectacular last generation cable car that leads to 3800 meters above the Mont Blanc glacier. An unforgettable experience.

A TRIP TOCOMO & ITS VILLAS
A day trip to Como Lake and its romantic villas
9 am: private transfer with car or minivan from Milan to Lenno with English speaking driver. Once in Lenno we will take the local taxi boat to the wonderful Villa Balbianello, that we will visit with a private guide. Surfing the lake with the luxury private boat we’ll head to the famous and charming village of Bellagio, coasting the marvellous shore. The boat tour lasts 4 hrs. We will Visit of Villa Carlotta with its fantastic gardens and then we’ll have a light lunch in Bellagio.
From Bellagio we can visit the opposite coast of the lake, beautiful villas like Villa Serbelloni and Villa Monastero. If we have enough time, we can visit the picturesque Varenna, an unmissable romantic harbour of Como lake.
4 pm: Private transfer from Varenna to Milan.
