deposit needs as well as merchant services. We also handle TTU bank
account reconciliation, Student to finance reconciliations,
Unclaimed property and escheatment, and PCI DSS compliance.

· CCMS serves as the first point of contact for any credit card
inquiry for the university-all new requests as well as any changes
to current credit card processing needs. Contact us for more
information or visit our website under forms
· Checks that remain uncashed over a prescribed period of time
are considerd unclaimed property and must be escheated to the Texas
Comptrollers Office. You can search ClaimitTexas.org to see if you
have unclaimed property or call 800-321-2274.
· We can help you record incoming ACH and electronic wire
transfers. Let us know when you’re expecting to receive funds this
way and we can record these for you when they hit the bank.
· All TTU deposits are sent to CCMS for approval and processing.
These must be submitted to CCMS within 2 business days of
receipt.
· The University is contracted with an armored car service. We
can schedule pick up of your deposits so they can be safely and
securly transmitted to our office.
· You can save time on credit card deposits by letting us record
these automatically for you each day. You can also email your
credit card deposits for processing rather than submitting with
cash/checks. Contact us for more information.
· Getting a merchant account set up can take 4-6 weeks. There is
paperwork, approvals and training that must be completed and
specific security requirements that have to be met. If you’re
thinking about taking payments online, contact us as soon as
possible so we have the appropriate amount of time for review and
set up in order to meet your receipting needs.
