Nick Riddle, Office Manager, is the backbone of our business, maintaining our processes and quality. His attention to detail has been gained from more than 20years experience in an environment where quality was imperative to the success
ofthe business. This makes him ideally suited in ensuring that every client receives the outstanding service of which we are so proud.
Amanda Riddle, Managing Director, is the face of our business, creating and delivering high impact training and development solutions. Her passion, enthusiasm and flexibility, has been gained from more than 20 years experience of best practice techniques, in an environment where change was constant and results were imperative. This makes her more than qualified to be your perfect business partner and take care of all your development solutions at all levels of the business.
Our Training Partners
Pam Welsby, is a specialist in change management, resulting from more than 25years experience working in the UK and throughout Eastern Europe. Her focus is on assisting senior and key managers to make real changes that will impact onorganisational and personal success.
Kate Shepherd, is our employment eagle, she has previous experience as a qualified & charismatic employment solicitor and specialises in helping businesses become legally compliant. What Kate doesn’t know about employment law is not worth knowing about.
Caroline Hunt is our recruitment & training specialist who works with companies to improve their recruitment process, enabling them to make better recruitment decisions and reduce recruitment costs, this is from advertising, job profiling, competency based interviews, running assessment centres and managing the offer process. She also supports businesses with out placements through restructuring situations.
Anna Stephens, specialises in helping individuals who are Dyslexic Thinkers to achieve results. Using proven techniques Anna equips individuals with the skills, abilities and tools to manage their own learning journey. Anna comes from a business environment and fully understands how our education system can hinder individual development. The methods used reduce and in some cases remove the need for assessment for dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia and ADD/ADHD.

Julia Livesley is our compliance specialist for Fire, Food and Health & Safety. She has worked in the hospitality industry for many years and provides a range of services for low risk industries from Policy Development, Risk Assessments, Management Systems, Crisis Management, Advice and Training.
