In 1970 Aimagambetov E.B. graduated with distinction from the

Karaganda Cooperative Institute of Centrosoyuz. In 1989 he

successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on the specialty

"Political Economy" at Taras Shevchenko National University of

Kiev. From 1991 to 1997 held a position of Vice Rector for

Academic Affairs of the Karaganda Cooperative Institute of

Centrosoyuz. Since 1997 he has been the Rector of Karaganda

Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. Aimagambetov E.B is a

Chairman of Karaganda regional territorial election commission,

Chairman of the Public Council for Combating Corruption under the

NDP "Nur Otan", a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Agency for Civil Service in the

Karaganda region.

He was awarded the medal "For valorous work" to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth

of Vladimir Lenin, the medal "For Labor Valor", "Kurmet" (2004), Jubilee Medal "Kazakhstan

Constitution 10 zhyl " (2005), silver medal "A.Baytursynov" (2006), a medal for the 10th

anniversary of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2007), jubilee Medal "10 zhyl

Astana" (2007), the Order "Parasat" (2009).

Karzhasov Bazarbai Korabaevich (1952)

Lawyer and economist.

Education received at the Karaganda Pedagogical Institute

(1974), then in the Karaganda Economic University (2000).

He worked as an accountant, vice-chief accountant at the Union

of consumers Nura region, the chief accountant, chairman of the

head office of the cooperative worker, chairman of the district

consumer union. Since 1993 Chairman of consumers control of

Karaganda region. He was awarded the medal "10 years of

Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

In 2014 he was awarded the title of Honorable citizen of Nura

region.

University in 2006. He has specialty bachelor degree in law.

His work career started in 1999. He had various positions in

management of economy, industry and enterprise development,

in Head Department of Economy and Enterprise Development

of Karaganda city. He was at the head of different departments

in Region Akim Machinery.

2009 – 2011 – he was Deputy Akim of Karaganda city, adviser

of Region Akim, Deputy Head of Machinery of Akim of

Karaganda Region. Before new assignment he was Akim of

Kazybek bi district of Karaganda.

Lyubarskaya Irina Yuryevna – Deputy akims of Karaganda

Higher education, graduated KEU "Kazpotrebsoyuz" in 2007 on a

specialty "Lawyer".

Labour activity began in 1989, worked as a teacher of physics.

From 1995 - 1997 years. - main specialist of internal policy sector of

the Kirov district administration;

Nurlybaev Erzhan Shakirovich – Head of Health

management of Karaganda region

He graduated from Karaganda State Medical Academy in 1998

with a degree in "Medicine", also graduated from Karaganda

Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz in 2011 with a degree in

"Management", Candidate of Medical Sciences.

In 1998-2000 he passed clinical residency on the basis of

Karaganda State Medical Academy. In 2000-2005 he worked

as a surgeon in the Multidisciplinary Clinical Hospital №1 of

Karaganda.

In 2005 he was appointed as deputy director of the medical

work in the Multidisciplinary Clinical Hospital №1. Karaganda

city. In 2007 he was appointed as a chief specialist the Department of Health Karaganda region.

He continued his work in 2008-2010, chief of the department organization of medical aid. In

2012 he was appointed as the Director CSE "Regional Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics.

07.04.2014 he was appointed head of PI "Department of Health Karaganda region."

Sabyrbaeva Saltanat Kakimzhanova - Deputy Chairman of the Committee for State

Material Reserves of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2004 she graduated from Karaganda Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz majoring

in Finance and Credit, economist.

She began her career with clerk of the court office of the Almaty regional court of

Almaty, and from March 2002 to March 2003 worked as a chief specialist the legal department

of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The system of state material reserve

from April 2003 to February 2005, the chief specialist of the Legal Department, from March

2005 to April 2014 - Head the Office of the administrative work and legal support of the

Committee for State Material Reserves of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic

of Kazakhstan. Since April 2014 Vice-Chairman of the Committee for State Material Reserves

of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since August 2014 appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for State Material

Reserves of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Nurkanov Daniyar Aidarkhanovich - Head of Department of Economics, Finance

and documentation support of the Committee for State Material Reserves of the Ministry

of Defense and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In 2011 he graduated from Karaganda Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz, a lawyer.

He began his career in 2004, a specialist service of active operations of individuals in JSC

“Currency Transit Bank”. From January 2006 to January 2008 he worked as a programmer and

accountant in the State “The Civil Service Agency Management of Astana city”. From January

to February 2008 he worked as a chief specialist of the financial department at the State

University "Department of protection of children in the Astana city in the Child Protection

Committee," the Ministry of Education and Science of RK. From February 2008 to February

2011 worked as an expert, chief expert of the financial - economic management of State "The

Committee on the Protection of Children of the Ministry of Education and Science of

Kazakhstan". From September 2011 to August 2012 worked as an expert of the Finance Division

of the Department to ensure the operation of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic

of Kazakhstan.

From 1 to 23 August 2012 an expert on the category of G-7, from 24 August to October

Order of Chairman of the the State Material Reserves of the Ministry of defense and

aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan №1 l / s on 14 January 2017 appointed head of

the Department of Economics, Finance and documentation support of the Committee for State

Material Reserves of the Ministry of Defense and the aerospace industry of the Republic of

Kazakhstan.

Momtselidze Joseph Shotaevich – world champion in wrestling among juniors (2000)

He graduated from Karaganda Economic University Kazpotrebsoyuz. International Master of Sport in freestyle wrestling.

Silver medalist at the World Junior Championships (1999, Sydney, Australia).

World Junior Champion (2000, Nantes, France).

Double champion of Kazakhstan (2001, 2003).

Winner of the Cup of Kazakhstan (2003).

The head of the regional DYUSSHOR for Wrestling "Daulet"

Kataev Nurzhan Zholumbekovich – Asian champion in

freestyle wrestling (2006)

1999-2003 he studied at the Karaganda University of

Economics Kazpotrebsoyuz.

In 2003 he won the bronze medal of Asian Championship

and the silver medal of the Asian Cup.

In 2005 he became the silver medalist of the Asian

Championship, and took the 9th place in the world

championship. In 2006 he became the champion of Asia, but

at the World Cup he took only 12 place.

In 2007, he won the bronze medal at the Asian

Championship, and won them a prestigious international

tournament. Dana Kolova and Nikola Petrov (Bulgaria), but was only 27th in the world

championship.

In 2010 he won the silver medal in the Asian Championship and took the 5th place at the Asian

Games.

Bikchentaev Radik Khamitovich – participant of three

Olympic Games, champion of the Winter Asian games (1999)

In 2006 he graduated from the Karaganda University of

Economics Kazpotrebsoyuz.

The master of sports of international skating class.

Since 1994 - 2003, the multiple winner of championships of the

Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the World Cup, World

Championships.

1994 - participant of the Olympic Games in Lillehammer,

Norway.

1996 - silver and bronze medalist of the Asian Games in China.

1998 - participant of the Olympic Games in Nagano, Japan

1999 - Champion of the Asian Games in Gangwon, Korea

Aitova (Korzhova) Marina Aleksandrovna – the champion of

Summer Asian games (2006), champion of the Universiade (2007)?

champion of Asia

Aitova made her first appearances on the world stage in 2003,

competing at the 2003 IAAF World Indoor Championships and the 2003

World Championships in Athletics, but she did not get beyond the

qualifiers in either competition. Aitova represented her country at

the 2004 Summer Olympics, but again she failed to progress beyond the

qualifying round. She competed at the 2007 World Championships and

finished seventh in the final. In 2008 she took fifth place in the IAAF

World Indoor Championships in Athletics and attended the 2008 Beijing

Olympics, finishing tenth overall. She made her second World

Championships appearance at 2009 World Championships in Athletics, but did not make the

final cut. She won the gold at the 2010 Asian Indoor Athletics Championships, equalling the

championship record of 1.93 metres.

in kickboxing, Inga Dudchenko – Asian champion in rowing (2005), participant of the Summer
