OUR CONTINUUM OF CAREOUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH

SERVICESLegacy Treatment Services offers

outpatient mental health services for those who could benefit from improvements in

mental and behavioral health. Ouroutpatient program offers a

comprehensive approach to mental illness that can be personalized for you or a loved

one who needs treatment.

COMMUNITY TREATMENTSOLUTIONS (CTS)

CTS specializes in working with youth who are at risk for out of community placement. It is strengths-based and

provides multi-disciplinary andmultidimensional individualized

interventions for youth who present with complex issues.

OUTPATIENT ADDICTION TREATMENT SERVICES

Our outpatient and intensive outpatient addiction treatment services can help you or your loved one safely recover

from addiction to alcohol, opioids, illegal drugs, and multiple substances. We

also offer addiction therapy services for those with co-occurring disorders.

PREVENTION SERVICESLegacy’s prevention programs include

education and support designed to address issues before they escalate to a crisis situation. Our prevention

programs include the Family Success Center in Burlington County, parent

education and reunification programs in Mercer, Burlington, Cumberland,

Camden and Atlantic Counties.

OUTPATIENT ALCOHOLISM TREATMENT

Legacy Treatment Services iscommitted to helping you or your

loved one identify underlying causes of alcoholism and build a plan to help someone suffering face triggers with

strength and resolve.

RESIDENTIAL HOUSING FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN

Legacy provides housing,treatment and case management for adults with mental illness or adults

with mental illness who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.

OUTPATIENT OPIATETREATMENT

Legacy provides the latestambulatory care and therapy services to help those who have been affected

by the opioid crisis.

OUT-OF-HOME CARE FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Legacy offers out-of-home care in a variety of settings throughout N.J., with

a goal of reunification whenever possible as well as learning new coping and life

skills. These programs includetherapeutic foster care and residential

programs and provide trauma-informed treatment, case management and family

interventions and education.

DEVELOPMENTAL &INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY

SERVICESLegacy offers personalized services for

children, youth and adults who have developmental and intellectualdisabilities helping them to lead

productive, fulfilling lives.

EDUCATIONAt Legacy, we recognize that

education is an important component to every child’s overall well-being. We

operate a certified specialeducation school located in Mount

Holly, a school-based support program for Pemberton Township High School

students and a Burlington Countytutoring program for students inKindergarten through 8th grade.

ANXIETY & DEPRESSIONLegacy provides evidence-based

treatment for anxiety and depression close to home. Our highly-trained and compassionate therapists will work to address underlying issues and find the root cause of anxiety and depression.

CRISIS INTERVENTIONLegacy provides compassionate and

responsive crisis intervention services in multiple locations for children, families and adults. Our crisis programs provide

assessment and triage to determine how to best meet consumer needs. In N.J.,

Legacy provides Children’s MobileResponse and Stabilization and the Screening and Crisis Intervention

Program in Burlington County.
