Our library – LIC(Learning Innovation Centre)

Our LIC is at the forefront of innovative and technologically-enriched learning.  We recognize the need to provide students with access to the latest learning tools that will equip them with the skills they will require to embrace the opportunities afforded to them in the continually changing landscape of the technological world in which we live. Our LIC is an environment that promotes learning practices that allow students to focus, share, collaborate, create and connect.

At the Bounty Boulevard State School LIC students have access to web-based learning tools, school community activities and the professional services of our library team. 

With the introduction to Infiniti – our new library management system, students are able to access ebooks, and our school catalogue 24/7 7 days a week on any device.

Username and PasswordStudents use their own MIS

username to sign into Infiniti e.g. wmcgr17 (Class Teachers will have student’s username). The

password is bbssbooks

LibBase - CatalogueTo search for a resource, click on LibBase and type in what you are looking for.

LibBase – Catalogue continueUse the drop down bar to search via Title, Keyword, Author, Series etc.

Find a resourceYou can look up resources and see what is

available, look for ‘green’ availability.

Reserve a bookDrag the mouse/cursor over the resource you want and click on RESERVE. Students can then pick it up from the circulation desk.

Accessing ebooksIf a resource is available as an ebook it

will indicate this in the Media Type section. You can then click on the link

which will take you to the wheelers website, where you can download the

ebook to your device.

Acessing – VideosBy clicking on the Clickview Tab in Infiniti, students can access thousand of educational videos on various topics.
