Welcome to Our Lady’s College Education in the Josephite tradition has existed for over 150 years. Being a MacKillop school, Our Lady’s College is proudly committed to the holistic education of young women and honouring the virtues of Australia’s first saint. We are a Catholic girls Secondary College that is centrally located and living the motto and challenge “Ad Altiora” (Ever Higher). Established in 1964 by the Sisters of St Joseph, values of Tradition, Excellence and Community are readily apparent in our girls, who are supported in their learning by highly professional, experienced and dedicated staff. In 1976, Our Lady’s became part of Brisbane Catholic Education and so the College enjoys connection with approximately 145 other Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Brisbane as well as 32 MacKillop schools across Australia and New Zealand. Over the past five years our extensive building program has seen the streetscape grow and change. This dynamic, physical transformation matches a dedicated, student centred approach to learning and teaching. With a focus on quality teaching and learning, students at Our Lady’s College excel as evidenced by our outstanding results in NAPLAN, QCS and OP outcomes.
