From the Pastor:
Today is Trinity Sunday, the feast of our lives. You and I are called to live the same love the three persons of the Trinity have for one another. What a tremendous mystery that should give us renewed hope today. This reali-ty of God is the reality for which were made. Don’t se!le for all the virtual and other subs"tutes of the world.
What Pope Benedict XVI said on this day in 2006 is worth repea"ng and praying about:
On this Sunday that follows Pentecost, we are celebra!ng the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity. Thanks to the Holy Spirit, who helps us understand Jesus' words and guides us to the whole truth believers can experience, the in!macy of God himself, discovering that he is not infinite solitude but com-munion of light and love, life given and received in an eternal dialogue between the Father and the Son in the Holy Spirit -
In this world no one can see God, but he has made himself known so that, with the Apostle John, we can affirm: "God is love" (I Jn 4: 8, 16), and "we have come to know and to believe in the love God has for us" For those who have faith, the en!re universe speaks of the Triune God. From the spaces between the stars to microscopic par!cles, all that exists refers to a Being who communicates himself in the mul!plicity and variety of ele-ments, as in an immense symphony.
All beings are ordered to a dynamic harmony that we can similarly call "love". But only in the human person, who is free and can reason, does this dynamism become spiritual, does it become responsible love, in response to God and to one's neighbor through a sincere gi% of self. It is in this love that human beings find their truth and happiness.”
The Virgin Mary, among all creatures, is a masterpiece of the Most Holy Trinity. In her humble heart full of faith, God prepared a worthy dwelling place for himself in order to bring to comple"on the mystery of salva"on. Divine Love found perfect correspondence in her, and in her womb the Only-bego!en Son was made man.
Let us turn to Mary with filial trust, so that with her help we may progress
in love and make our life a hymn of praise to the Father through the Son in
the Holy Spirit.
Most Holy Trinity, draw us deeper in to your love!
With love and Prayers, Fr. Francis

Weekly Quote from St. Philip Neri
Prayer and communion are not to be made or desired for the
sake of the devo!on we feel in them, for that is seeking self,
and not God; but we must be frequent in both the one and the
other in order to become humble, obedient, gentle, and pa!ent.

Remembering those we love….
Consider a Memorial Dona!on of Altar Bread

ers for a week. Flowers will be placed on the altar
in the main Church for the weekend and then moved to the
Chapel for weekday Masses. The name of your loved one along
with the name of the person making the request will be print-
ed in the Bulle!n and they will be remembered in a special way
by the Priests as they celebrate Mass. We will also con!nue to
take requests for the Tabernacle Candle Memorials.
Please call the Parish Office (359-1230) for more informa!on

Giving online is safe, secure and easy, allowing you to
set up automa!c recurring contribu!ons and view your complete
online giving history from anywhere you have access to the Inter-
net. Special, holy day and holiday collec!ons are also included. If
you already use envelopes, once you begin dona!ng on-line the
record of your contribu!ons will be merged into a single account.

“After decades of crushing Roman rule, the Hebrew people are losing hope. When will the promised Messiah come? Into the midst of this turmoil, young Mary is told she will bear God’s Son.
Angels in heaven proclaim His birth; humble shepherds and regal kings pay Him homage. Clearly this is no ordinary baby! But who is He – really? Is He the Messiah, our Savior? Who can even believe such a thing!”
Witness the event that is central to the season, brought to life on a panoramic stage with high drama, spectacular special effects and live animals – on stage and in the aisles.
