They will work with you to ensure that you are pleased with how your pet looks and feels after the grooming visit. If your pet’s look requires more frequent care, our staff may recommend a maintenance schedule for your pet to be touched up on a regular basis to keep them looking and feeling fabulous!

ORAL CARE Our grooming staff can assist you by providing other helpful, time saving services such as tooth brushing and dental sealant application as an a-la-carte service during the grooming visit. A veterinarian may recommend specific dental care for your pet depending on their age and health status. You can count on our grooming staff to help maintain your pet’s oral health after any vet recommended dental treatment has been provided. Tooth brushing alone is not sufficient to maintain a healthy mouth, so please be sure to schedule an exam and assessment by one of our veterinarians before starting an oral maintenance program at home or at the grooming salon.

Prior to check in for grooming, owners must provide proof of vaccinations as administered by a license veterinarian; please ask a staff member to review the vaccine requirements prior to your pet’s first grooming visit.

Please note: Pets may be checked into or out of the Grooming Department 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday. Although the hospital is open 24 hours a day, the grooming department is not staffed outside of the 7am-7pm business hours, so if pick up or drop off occurs outside of these hours (ie before 7am, or after 7pm) a Convenience Fee of $25.00 per early/late pickup incident will be charged to the account.
