Learning GoalsOur Grade 5/6 Class 'I am' Posters
Media Literacy Producing Media Text 3.4 We are working to produce a media text (Poster) for a specific purpose and audience (to inform classmates and visitors about ourselves), using appropriate forms, conventions and techniques.
WritingWord Choice 2.3 We are working to use vivid and/or figurative language and innovative expressions to enhance interest (e.g., strong verbs; concrete, specific nouns; unusual adjectives; unexpected word order).

I will pick fonts, pictures and formats that add to the appeal of poster.
