Behavioral Health Services

Recognizing the NeedMental illness affects us all; around 20% of people suffer from it at any given point in time. We all have known a family member, friend, or neighbor who has suffered from mental illness, whether it is anxiety, depression, ADHD, or any number of other conditions. Often, the stigma associated with mental illness prevents people from seeking treatment, which usually results in a worsening of the condition. Having a mental illness is not your fault, does not define you, and does not mean you are a weak person; instead, it is a group of treatable medical conditions backed by science.

Suffering from mental illness can impair your ability to function in multiple areas: with friends and family, at school or work, in your hobbies, and in your passions in life. It can significantly decrease your quality of life.

Seeking Care – Psychiatry for Children Adolescents and AdultsNorth Valley Behavioral Health offers behavioral health services for all ages. Our goal is to restore one’s mental health to an optimal level, and to help alleviate any symptoms which may be affecting the quality of life, satisfaction and the ability to function.
