Continuous color variation from roll to roll, along the roll and along the width are measured using high-end

cameras and advanced image processing algorithms. This system can be used to,

FABRIC & RIBBON PADDING MACHINE

A new type of fabric padding machine was manufactured for dye bath, IR heaters, mixers and edge aligned

rerolling.

Special Features:

1. For Fabrics, elastics, Ribbons 2. Adjustable pneumatic pressure, 3. variable speed drive, 4. Temperature Controlled setting with different temperature zones 5. IR heating or Steam heating 6. best quality rubber and Ebonics rolls and adjustable trough. 7. Allows the use of highly substantive dyes and minimizes the waste of dye liquor. 8. Swivel tension device and scroll rolls ensures ceaseless operation of the fabric. Pneumatic Pressure adjustable up to 10 tons.

12. Horizontal or Vertical type fabric transport chain system are available, depending on the fabric to be processed. Chain system is available with pin, clip or combination of pin and clip.

WIRELESS RF NETWORK

A wireless machine monitoring and alarm displaying system is developed for monitoring the running status

of important machineries. The system detects the machine breakdowns and cause for the breakdown, stores

in a central server and generates various reports on the machine efficiency and breakdowns. The system was

designed to minimize the machine breakdowns within the factory and alerting the relevant operators on-
