What I wanted my outcomes to be.

For this Project these are the three photographs I believe showed my learning of skills and techniques effectively. I included my knowledge of how to use angles, to emphasize the quality of photograph. I thought about how I was going to position the camera and what I wanted to focus on before I had taken the photographs so I knew exactly what I wanted from the shot. i wanted to create a few shots that would really highlight cowes town for its beauty and architecture.

Our Focus was the High street in Cowes town .

This Photograph was taken outside a coffee shop in Cowes high street. I think this photograph works particularly well because it has a clear focus. I wanted to use simplicity which is one of the rules of composition, as in my opinion having one focal point in some photographs emphasizes the quality of the picture. The Lighting on this photograph also works in favour because the edges of the subject look a lot sharper and gives it a better effect.

What Cowes has to offer?

I took a photograph of this building because it had a lot of texture and detail that was appealing to the eye. I thought about how I could make improve this image, so I decided to use my feet. I took this picture on a slight angle to see if it worked better to taken it on a vertical angle. There are many lines on the subject although they are not leading lines it still works.

One Of My Favourites!

This photograph was on of my favourite images that I took while looking around Cowes town. I also decided to use angles while taking this photograph so that I could also include the lamp but so it was at a slant. This Photograph is taken in the rule of thirds, which gives it that extra detail I decided to use this technique because it allows the picture to look more extravagant. I like the colours of this image as the black, gold and red blend together nicely to make this a good composition
