Whisky Castle BridgeIt is a grain distillate obtained from a mixture of di�erent cereals such as corn, wheat, malt, and barley. Whisky Castle Bridge has a peaty or smoky �avor, typical of Scottish whisky, thanks to the particular unique process used. Whisky Castle Bridge has a unique �avor and taste.The distillate is matured for 3 years in French oak barrels.

It is recommended to be consumed unmixed or with ice.

Aged Grape Rakia RiservaThis product is obtained from the white grape variety of "shesh i bardhe". The product is distilled twice in the periodal distilerrs of our distillery.The �nal product passes through this processess: fermentation process, distillation process, stabilization process, maturation process.The resulting Raki is matured for 18 months in barrels made from Slavonian oak and Acacia wood to achieve an aromatic and persistent texture and a special golden colour.It is recommended to be consumed at room temperature.

Cognac Grand Louis PremierThis product is imported from the region of Cognac in France, matured in French oak barrels over three years.

Brandy RedonBrandy Redon is a traditional Albanian Spirit o�ered from our distillery. The variety of the white grape used in this special Spirit is Smederevka, produced in Serbia. The processes of fermentation and distillation are all made in the highest Italian technology used by Aquila Group.

Brandy Redon is aged in French oak barrels for more than 12 months.

Brandy AquilaBrandy Aquila is a product of the highest quality, produced in the company Aquila Liquori. The variety of grape used to produce Brandy Aquila is Smederevka grape, which is equivalent to the variety Trebbiano in Italy. The whole processes of fermentation, distillation and maturation are all made in our distillery.

The product is kept in French oak barrels for 36 months in the distillery’s warehouse.

Dry GinTypical Albanian Gin brought for the �rst time in the Albanian market by Aquila distillery.Dry Gin Aquila contains wheat alcohol with natural extractions of Juniper Berries, which comes from Balkan region and very pure water. Gin Aquila is unique in the local market, thanks to a delicate aroma and �avor.

It is recommended to be consumed unmixed or with tonic water and ice.

Grape Rakia MoskatThis product is obtained from the variety of grape Muscat Hamburg. The production processes are accomplished with a modern Italian technology.Fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel containers at relatively low tempera-tures to preserve the fragrances obtained during fermentation process. The obtained distillate passes through the treatment process at low temperatures and a �nal �ltering. The product is stabilised for 6 months in stainless steel containers.

It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of 5-10 ° C.

Grape Rakia "Shesh i Bardhë"Rakia with a soft and re�ned taste produced from white grape variety "shesh i bardhe". This variety of grape is an aromatic variety of Albanian region. Rakia is obtained in high technology distillers from our distillery. It is matured in French oak barrels for at least 12 months.

It is recommended to be consumed at room temperature.

Aged Grape Rakia "Shesh i Bardhe"This rakia is obtained from the white grape variety of "shesh i bardhe". The product is distilled twice in the periodical distillers of our distillery. After the processes of stabiliza-tion, rakia passes through unique oak barrels with a small capacity of 100 liters, produced from Balkan masters. The oak barrels are made from Slavonian oak and Acacia wood, which give the product an unique aroma and a gold colour. The rakia is matured in this barrels for 12 months. It is recommended to be consumed at room temperature.

Grape Rakia PerlaThis product is obtained from the variety of grape Muscat Canelli. The production processes are accomplished with a modern Italian technology. Fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel containers at relatively low temperatures to preserve the fragrances obtained during fermentation process. The obtained distillate passes through the treatment process at low temperatures and a �nal �ltering.

The product is stabilised for 6 months in stainless steel containers. It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of 5-10 ° C.

Grape Rakia Perla “100th Anniversary”The product is obtained from the variety of grape Muscat Canelli. This product is limited edition, produced to celebrate the 100 years of independence of Albania.

Fruit VodkaAlcoholic drinks with the main ingredient distillate (recti�ed twice) from the grain and alcoholic extracts of various fruits such as lemon, melon, banana, peach, and green apple.

Aquila Liquori has the exclusivity for the production of this product in the country.It is recommended to be consumed cold temperature 5 ° C or with ice.Widely used in the preparation of cocktails and to improve the taste in ice creams (sorbeto).

Amantia GrapaIt is a distillate obtained from the variety of grape Smederevka. The whole process is realized in Aquila Liquori distillery. The product is distilled in periodical distillers typical of our distillery.The product is stabilised in stainless steel deposits for 1 year.

It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of 15-20 ° C.

Badiana AniceTypical Greece spirit made of alcoholic extraction of Anice Stellato (Star Anise), coriander and Mastic from Chios Island in Greece. It has a unique taste and a very clear texture. When mixed with water or ice cubes it has an opalescence consistency. All the extracts are prepared with cure in our distillery. It is served unmixed or with ice cubes.

Fernet LiburnFernet Liburn is produced and patented from our Distillery. It is made from the �nest medicinal herbs such as Gentian Lutea, Tibetan Rabarbaro, Aloe from Capo, Iris, Pepper-mint and etc.

Alcoholic extractions are made from our experts in brand-new technology. Fernet Liburn is aged approximately 1 year in French oak barrels.

Fernet MilanoFernet is an Italian aromatic spirit. It is made from a number of herbs and spices including myrrh, rhubarb, chamomile, cardamom, aloe, and especially sa�ron. Fernet base is from grape distilled spirits. It has a dark caramel color and a bitter taste.It is recommended as a digestive served at room temperature or with ice cubes.

El Chicco KafeThis special liquor, which is patented and produced in our distillery, consists of the �nest Columbian co�ee. The alcoholic extraction of the co�ee is made in special stainless steel extractors. It has high simulative e�ects due to high level of natural ca�eine. El Chicco Cafe is served unmixed, in co�ee or with ice cubes.

Bum Bum RumA delicious cream liqueur with a intense �avour of dark choccolate. Bum Bum Rum has a creamy texture and high energetical values. It is best paired with desserts or ice creams. Premium dark chocolate, fresh milk cream and aromatic notes of hazelnut, make Bum Bum Rum one of the top favorite drinks in Albania. This sophisticated drink is best enjoyed as a chocolate drink or used to add a touch of �nesse to desserts and ice creams. It is recommended to be consumed in winter and unmixed.

Fruit CreamHigh quality liqueurs, which contain milk cream, milk protein, glucose and natural aroma of di�erent fruits.Our distillery produces di�erent types of cream liqueur such as co�ee cream, peach cream, cacao cream, pineapple cream, coconut cream, hazelnut cream, strawberry cream, apple cream, berries cream, chestnut cream, melon cream, lemon cream, blueberry cream.

It is recommended to be consumed with ice or unmixed.

Orange LiquorOrange Liquor is made from alcoholic extraction of fresh oranges peels. Its texture is transparent, due to the �nest technology used from our distillery, and has a sweet taste of orange. It can be used for various cocktails or served unmixed.

LimoncinoIt is a sweet liqueur with lemon aroma and �avor, originally from Capri of Italy.Limoncino is obtained from maceration of the skin of lemon and other citrus skins in ethyl alcohol. Limoncino, produced by Aquila Liquori distilery, is characterized by a fresh scent of lemon skins and characteristic taste, thanks to special treatment of the process of deterpenization.

It is recommended to be consumed in the temperature 5°C or with ice.It is widely used to give �avor to ice creams (sorbeto).

Wines

Cabernet Sauvignon WineHigh quality wine obtained by Cabernet Sauvignon grape in a strict and high tech-nology process.

The wine is kept for 3 years in French oak barrels with a capacity of 220 liters.It contains an alcoholic degree of 13.5%.It is recommended to be consumed at 180 Celcius.

Cherry & WineThis liqueur is prepared and based on an old Anconetane (Italy) recipe.It is obtained by mixing alcoholic extraction of cherry with red wine and stabilized in wood barrels for more than 6 months.

It contains 17.0% alcohol / vol.It is recommended to be consumed in summer, unmixed or with ice.

Wine MerlotHigh quality wine obtained by the the variety of grape Merlot, with a controlled origin. The technology used is of high levels. The wine is matured in French oak barrels with a capacity of 220 liters. It is recommended to be consumed at 18oCelcius.
