3. Define an enterprise “strategy” on such topics as Governance, Business Intelligence or Business Process Improvement prior to an OUM project that supports implementation of specific technology in these areas.

1. Maintain enterprise-level IT processes that are to be continued, such as Governance and Reference Architecture once established by an Envision-based project.

2. Obtain and maintain enterprise artifacts that result from software implementation projects within the enterprise.

3. Maintain an IT Portfolio applying additions and changes Respond to critical business needs or pain points.

4. Respond to critical business needs or pain points as an ongoing process, and by initiating enterprise-level projects as needed by the business.

5. Collect and evolve a set of best practices around BA, EA, IP.
