•He was sent to Manisa with his mother when he was 9.

•He learned Arabic, Persian, Latinian and Greek.

•He was educated by Molla Gürani and Molla Hüsrev.

•He was very interested in History and Mythology.

•His dream was to conquer Constaninapole one day.

•Sultan Murad 1st called him to Edirne to be Sultan but he was sent back to Manisa because of the Varna War.

•He became Sultan when his father was dead

•He started to work on The Conquest of Istanbul

•He made pacts with Karamanoğlu and Venice

•It took two year to be ready for the conquest

•When he was 21, everything was ready for the sacred conquest

•He conquest Treibzond(1461) and Crimea(1471)

•As a result of these conquests; the Black Sea became a Turkish lake.

•He defeated Uzun Hasan who was the leader of Akkoyunlus

•He conquered many place in the East of Europe such as Bosnia, Herzogevina, Peloponnesus, Dalmatians, Greece and Otranto(Italy)

•Totally; He conquered 2 empiers(Byzantine and Treibzond), 14 country and 200 cities

•That is why he is the Conqueror
