Reduce liability with a condition survey

Are you paying too much rent or are there pitfalls in your lease? Is it time for a lease renewal? Lease renewals provide a great opportunity for you to reduce the level of rent you pay and improve the terms of your lease e.g. increased flexibility. We may even be able to negotiate benefits such as rent free periods or lump sum incentives.
