1). Moisture

Pathology

1). Causative organism :

- Aspergillus Niger - Candida Albicans

2). Invade deep layer of skin

Signs1.) Fungus seen in ear canal

- cotton like :

(Candidiasis)

2.) Canal erythma.

-Wet News Paper like (Candidiasis)

-black specks : (Aspergillus niger)

Treatment1). Local Treatment: 1. Total cleaning – remove fungal debrish,

- Remove epithelial debrish 2. Wick of Antifungal agent.

- Clotrimazol:

- Miconazol- Tolneftate- Salicylic acid- 2% Acetic acid- 1% Gentian violate

3. Water should not enter in the canal 4. Avoid steroid drops
