Problem Details: BBPCOBL1_470 out o f sync with str uctur e BBP_COBL_47A in ECC Short Text
BBPCOBL1_470 out of sync with structure BBP_COBL_47A in ECC
Long Text
We just upgraded our system EBX from SRM 4.0 with SRM server 500
to
SRM 7.01 (SRM 7.0 EHP1 SP5).
During upgrade from SRM 4.0 to SRM 7.01, structure BBPCOBL1_470
was
reset to original. In a previous version of SRM, we implemented custom
account assignment fields in include CI_BBP_ACC. We are deployed
in a
Classic scenario with an ECC 6.0 Ehp5 back-end. Whilecreating/approving shopping carts in our upgraded SRM 7.01
environment,
we encounter errors and inconsistencies whenever we adjust any
account
assignment details. This is a result of structure BBPCOBL1_470 being
out of sync with structure BBP_COBL_47A in ECC.
We have encountered similar issues in the past and implemented the
changes to structure BBPCOBL1_470 as indicated by OSS note
1081297 and
related notes. However, this note is not listed as relevant for SRM
7.01. How should we proceed to get the coding block structure in SRM
7.01 in synch with ECC.
The OSS note 1081297 is vallid for SRM server 500 and 550, not validfor SRM 7.01. If we implement OSS note 1081297, would it cause
issue
for other areas in SRM 7.01 upgraded system?
Thanks,
Diana

Hi Diana!
I compare those two structures BBPCOBL1_470 (SRM) and
BBP_COBL_47A
(backend). and the structure BBPCOBL1_470 has 124 entries and the
BBP_COBL_47A has 121 entries.
In the note 1405246 this two structres has to be equal in all the
fields, same size, same order. Those structures has to combine.
Make sure they are in the same order. Please adjust the SRM structure
asnecessary.
Kind regards,
Moacir Goelzer

Recommended field sequence in structures can also be taken from notes:
1081297 read
1405246 read
Where same manual SE11 field sequence in SMR/ERP must be hold,
because it cannot be imported using SNOTE.
Please open the SRM and ECC systems and update in the secure area the
users and passwords for the both systems and clients.

Moacir--
Our coding block structure in our upgraded SRM 7 system is out of synch
with the coding block structure in ECC 6. When creating a shopping
cart, the commitment item field is displayed in one our custm fields.
When validating the account assignment in ECC 6, we are receiving
errors due to the invalid value.
To reproduce the issue, please follow the instructions provided in
the "Coding Block Issue.docx" document attached to this customer
message.
Thanks.

We have two issues that occur:
1. The account assignment CUF fields are being populated with the
Commitment Item when displaying the shopping cart account assignment
detail.
2. When verifying the account assignment details in back-end ECC
environment (fm B470_ACCSERV_CHECKACCASSIGNMT), the validation
