01 BOCO OSS Solution

OSS is a series of operation support software systems, which manages telecom infrastructure network, service

network, customer network and applications effectively, so as to improved productivity, efficient network maintenance,

accurate service allocation, fast customer provision, accurate network data.

BOCO Inter-Telecom OSS solution is based on TM Forum eTom framework. With well-knowing the workflow of

telecom operation process, BOCO has established its own OSS solution architecture, including inventory

management, performance management, fault management, trouble-ticket workflow, etc.

PTCL established NOC in 2009, BOCO provided

performance management solution.

It helped PTCL measuring KPI of service, and

generate threshold crossing alarm for fault

location.

The performance management solution is one of the

bestsellers of BOCO. It could manage different

scope, such as PSTN domain, transmission domain,

wireless domain, core domain, etc.

CMCC won TMF award by Resource

Management

CMCC (China Mobile), which served more

than 800 million subscribers in China, has

deployed BOCO Inter-Telecom resource

management system since 2000.

Sichuan Telecom, which has innovated its

marketing strategy since 2014 by using BOCO

Inter-Telecom big data analysis platform,

inspired its subscribers’ consuming desire with

improved service promotion model last year. As one of the most successful software products provided by

BOCO Inter-Telecom, resource management system is based on

TMF SID standards and has converged core network, wireless

network, transport network and other indispensable resources to

improve CMCC’s service capabilities in service fulfillment, base

station modulation, etc.

At TM Forum Management World 2012, CMCC won Operational

Excellence Award by resource management system and

operation, which is the first Chinese operator awarded by TMF in

this field.
