New concepts 2015
TOPICS AND NEW CONCEPTS The goals are to improve and strengthen the concept of OIW, to coordinate the overall program, and to give delegates the opportunity to create their own schedule based on interests.
Why be a part of OIW? • Be a part of and contribute to the preferred innovation hotspot in Europe. • Profile your business and organization as an official OIW partner. • Connect and embed your company with the most innovative, creative and
successful people and companies in the area. Partnering enables you to make valuable connections through holding and contributing to events during OIW. In 2014, OIW worked with over 70 partners and event hosts, who could all be a part of your network.
• Support and build local relationships to connect global. Meet new and relevant collaborators, customers, partners and talent. In 2014 we had over 8500 participants, 60 events and over 200 speakers.
• Be a pioneer in your area – make way for the new trends, not just follow. Take the chance to do something awesome! Support and add value to the innovation and startup ecosystem in Oslo.
• Get exposure to media and press. Last year we had coverage in local and International press. We work closely with you to develop the stories.
The OIW management - Communicates the Oslo Innovation Week program - Coordinates the overall program - Helps and supports partners to develop events and activities - Communicates OIW internationally - Facilitates with media and press - Hosts the OIW Opening - Brings in new concepts: Co-organizes OIW 100 pitches, OIW Company Crawl
- Presents a cultural calendar of off-OIW events as a offer to visitors to OSlo - Gather and share information
